What is the return policy?
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 30 days return policy upon receipt of sales order by Samsonite, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, proof of purchase, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
All returns will be reviewed first by Samsonite.com and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:
Replacing the product with a new item of the same design and model, or
Full refund in the event if stock is not available.

How do I return an item?
For all return requests, please email us at ecommerce.SG@samsonite.com including your contact details, Order ID and the reason for returning.

Delivery Time and Restrictions (Singapore only)
Standard Delivery for Singapore Orders only. The standard delivery timing taken will be approximately 10 business days after the order has been placed online. Business days refer to Mondays to Fridays. It does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
For Local Delivery, Samsonite provides a range of delivery timing for you. Please see the table below for the available timings.

Saturday | 9am to 12pm
Samsonite strives to deliver your order within the delivery timing listed. Please note that the expected delivery time is at our best approximation and will vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment and stock availability.
Delivery Charge: In the event that the customer is not around to receive their purchase upon confirming the delivery arrangement, he/she will have to pay an additional charge of $15 for re-delivery.

Payment Authorization
For every order at Samsonite, all payments are held until the day of shipment. When processing payment, our payment gateway provider will run your payment details through a series of fraud rules to ensure the validity of the payment. There are many rules put in place to guard against fraud and there may be a possibility that a sincere buyer’s details may trigger the fraud alarm. When this happens, your order will be put on hold until we get in touch with you to ascertain the authenticity of your payment details.

Stock Availability
Samsonite strives to deliver your order within the delivery timing. However, please note that in the event of stock unavailability in our warehouse, we may need to source for other available stocks from other store locations. Samsonite seeks your kind understanding in the delay of the shipment pertaining to stock availability.

Online Security Check
Online Security Check is Samsonite’s preventive measure against credit card fraud transactions. It aims to protect our customers from unauthorized and fraudulent dealings. We might request for additional information and documents for payment verification due to high risks of credit card fraud. In such situations, your order(s) might be delayed. Samsonite seeks your kind understanding in the delay of the shipment pertaining to online security checks.

Tax, Duty, and Tariffs (Singapore only)
For local delivery, a standard 7% GST is included in the prices stated for all product as well as delivery charges.
